New clients are required to attend a private intro session to create a tailored plan

Service Description
This is a private session, where you will receive a detailed postural assessment identifying individual requirements so that a bespoke programme can be designed specifically for you according to your posture type, muscular strengths and weaknesses. If required we can work alongside your coach, GP, Physiotherapist, Osteopath or Chiropractor, please bring along any additional information and notify pure space of your condition and requirements before the session.
Cancellation Policy
All classes are subject to availability and all sessions and instructors are subject to change. Every effort will be made to notify you of any changes in advance of your booked session. All classes must be paid for in advance and all clients agree to our cancellation policy. All cancellations and/or rescheduled sessions/appointments require 24 hour notice or the full payment is due.
